Lubbock ISD presents the Summer Reading Challenge for all students, faculty and staff. This challenge is meant to encourage and motivate students and adults to read for pleasure throughout the summer months. Our 5th grade students will be traveling to Joyland on Monday, May 21, for their end of year party.

Our 5th grade banquet will be on Wednesday, May 23, at the Frazier Alumni Center on the Texas Tech campus. 

We will have school dismissal @ 12:00 on May 24 and 25.

Our 5th grade students will have a luau on Friday, May 25th, after school is dismissed.

The last day of school is Friday, May 25.  Have a great summer!!!

You can help the environment and raise money for Honey Elementary at the same time!  Simply turn in used ink jet printer cartridges and/or old cell phones to Mrs. Sanford.  She will send them off and we get a small amount of money for recycling.  See Mrs. Sanford if you have any questions.
